Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ikaito LLC handles information when you visit our website. We keep what we collect to a minimum, and this page describes exactly what that is.

Who we are

Ikaito LLC (“Ikaito”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy covers our public, informational website (the “Site”).

Our products, Vaultalia and Talkalia, are governed by their own separate product terms and privacy terms, which apply when you download, sign up for, or use them. This policy does not cover data processed inside those products.

Information we collect

The Site has no accounts and no sign-up or contact forms, so we do not ask you for personal information directly. When you visit, we collect limited analytics data automatically to understand how the Site is used:

  • Usage data: the pages you view, the site or link that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Device and browser data: browser type, operating system, screen size, and language.
  • Approximate location: a coarse, city- or country-level estimate derived from your IP address.

We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

We use a third-party analytics service to produce aggregate statistics about how the Site is used. Depending on the provider, it may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as local storage) on your device. Where the law requires it, non-essential analytics are used only with your consent, which you can decline or withdraw.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to read the Site.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
  • To understand which content is useful and to improve the Site.
  • To produce aggregate, non-identifying statistics about Site traffic.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests: to run, improve, and secure the Site, in a way that does not override your rights.
  • Consent: where we use non-essential cookies or analytics that require it. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing your information

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Site, such as our analytics and hosting providers, acting as processors on our behalf and under contract. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Ikaito is based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you. Exact retention periods depend on our analytics provider's settings.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@ikaito.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data the Site handles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
